Delete Your Account

1. Open the CastIQ app and go to Profile.
2. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
3. Type your account email to confirm, then tap Permanently delete my account.

Your account is deactivated and every active session is signed out immediately. Your email is freed from your account right away, and cannot be used to create a new CastIQ account for 90 days.

If you no longer have access to the app, email us at teams@castiq.in from the address registered on your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We verify the request and delete the account within 7 days.

Deleting your account permanently removes:

• Your name, email, and phone number from our systems
• All notes, summaries, quizzes, flashcards, mind maps, and presentations you generated
• Uploaded files (PDFs, audio, video, images)
• Chat history, quiz attempts, flashcard progress, and solver/writer documents
• Push notification tokens and device data

Indian financial regulations require us to retain payment and invoice records for 7 years, and we keep them associated with your account only by an internal identifier — not your name or email, which are deleted as described above. Nothing in a retained payment record is used for anything beyond that legal/accounting requirement.
